Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About The Role

Your responsibilities

Responsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time: a) Order Entry b) End-to-end Order fulfillment c) Process Optimization

Order Processing:
Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders

Order Fulfillment:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with the service level established by the client, to achieve the organization's sales objectives

Order Accuracy:
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors

Data Analysis:
Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree
Experience in Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, CS, planning)
Advanced level of english
SAP/ERP desirable
Excel Intermediate (pivot tables)
