    ***35-50% Travel, will require international travel, will need a valid passport and US Visa.

    Position Summary:

    Identify and transform customer needs and market requirements into innovative and market-oriented products in accordance with SICK's commercial strategy, coordinating their launch in national and international markets for customer availability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and coordinate the product management and sales teams to align objectives and activities in order to achieve sales budgets established by management.
    • Define the marketing strategy to allocate the annual budget and ensure that promotional objectives and proper management are met.
    • Communicate market strategy to the product management team to ensure the appropriate transfer of the regional marketing and sales strategy, providing support to the sales team.
    • Plan marketing, training, and product promotion activities to increase SICK brand presence in the market and improve exposure of solutions with the sales team and customers.
    • Establish Local List Prices (LLP) to ensure timely and appropriate publication of the price list for serial products aligned with the Pricing Excellence scheme (SICK AG).
    • Use Product Management tools (EPM) to ensure proper analysis of market trends, provide feedback to SICK AG on customer requirements, and make smart decisions to positively impact budgets.
    • Apply Product Management processes (EPM) to provide adequate support in generating strategies and budgets, determining three-year work plans, product launches, market analysis, and managing the product life cycle.
    • Support the Sales team in managing major opportunities or Key Accounts to ensure the proper solution is being recommended for the customer's application, as well as recommend and reinforce sales arguments to help win the opportunity.
    • Conduct monthly evaluations of results against budget to determine appropriate corrective actions if necessary, or continue with the originally planned strategy to ensure budget achievement.
    • Provide continuous feedback and guidance to the Product Management team to support performance improvement and foster the professional and personal growth of team members.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering. Preferred: MBA. Marketing diplomas.

    • More than 6 years in sales and 3 years in Product Management.
    • Advanced English, Portuguese desirable, industrial technology, industrial sales techniques, leadership, managerial effectiveness, budget management, decision making, strategic thinking, project management, priority setting
