What You'll Do
Work as part of the team that ensures successful data migration over Teradata systems living on various flavors of OnPrem and Cloud based platforms.
Manage cases and incidents that address issues encountered over the entire migration lifecycle for planning, prep and deployment, pre migration throughput testing, actual migration and any clean up activities needing "problem management" follow through with other organizations such as GSO and/or engineering.
They will work with other members of the GSO Migration team, other GSO PST representatives from other product areas that may have a role in root cause of any issue effecting the migration.
What You Will Bring
The primary intangible needed for this role is the interest in helping in any capacity one's faculties will allow.
Strong technical skills in the areas of programming and network analysis are useful.
Good soft skills are obviously a must being this role requires cross collaboration between many other representatives of the company all vested in ensuring smooth migrations.
