Desired Experience and Expertise

  • Experienced in the metalworking manufacturing industry in a customer facing role.
  • The ideal Sales Manager possesses a network of relationships from selling, servicing, implementing, or integrating capital equipment or peripheral equipment in the metalworking manufacturing industry.
  • Understands the commercial dynamics and distribution layers in industrial manufacturing and metalworking.

Responsabilities:


  • Opening relationships with new accounts
  • Navigating multistage sales cycles to closed/won order
  • Enabling, educating, equipping, and empowering sales channels
  • Researching, segmenting, targeting, and engaging new prospects
  • Conducting highly effective sales calls that advance the opportunity
  • Strategically planning and delivering growth with key accounts
  • Reporting accurate and insightful sales and service data.
  • Balancing the correct level of personal involvement and knowing who to pull in and when to pull them in to win a deal or have a great "customer success" meeting
