• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and management reports.
• Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the company's cash flow and investment activities.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Provide financial support to other departments within the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong understanding of Mexican accounting standards and regulations.
• Experience in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
