Where you will implement a robust strategy to create a culture that ensures zero injuries and minimizes our impact on the planet and Communities where we live, as well to protect our people, brands and assets.


Managing a team of two people this role will focus on create efficient cross-functional value that promote employee responsibility and improve safety and security awareness.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Implement and follow up the Environmental Health Safety and Security Management System
  • Stablish the right procedures in order to comply with regulatory requirements to avoid any penalty fee. Deploy the adequate strategy to strength a committed safety, security, and environmental culture.

Respond to corporate and government audits - working with multifunctional teams to follow up findings. In case of the identification of any safety or food deviation it has the responsibility of report and follow up.

Develop and oversee plant security program - Covering assets and other processes such as security, personnel and physical security, investigations and risk management


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 years of experience in related areas
  • Budget management
  • Advanced English
  • Good communication skills and team work
  • Data Analysis
