As Foreign trade Senior Head, supported by your team you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with foreign trade and customs regulations as well as lead import operations, logistic services finance processes and logistic supplier cycle contracts across the region in full alignment with WK Kellogg Co policies.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- **Up-to date control - **Keep an up-to-date and automated control to ensure compliance to customs, foreign trade regulations, programs, licenses, registries, and Free Trade Agreements obligations applicable to the region. Lead risk assessments and audits to implement corrective as well as preventive actions.

Origin Qualification - of all goods manufactured, keeping an updated preferential duty rate matrix for imported and manufactured products.
- ** Contract cycle management of logistics and consulting services
- **Administrate scope of services, spend, budgets with each Business Unit, approve deliverables, performance evaluations, monitor validity of rates and ensure on time payment. Participate in bid processes including negotiation of rates and conditions as well as to help procurement to develop reliable suppliers.

Coordinate foreign trade operations team - To execute on time and according to legislation & WK Kellogg Co policies all imports into region. Lead the development and implementation of internal procedures as well as standard operating procedures (SOP) with Customs Brokers, Logistic service providers and Business Units for Import looking to reduce lead-times, achieve increased flexibility and look for automated solutions for export/import transaction; Lead process improvement initiatives trough lean projects execution.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering International Trade, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Business Administration or similar field required
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Advanced English
Extensive experience managing Foreign Trade Compliance, Endto end Supply chain or related processes.
Knowledge of international trade laws
Knowledge in Supply Chain common trade compliance platforms/systems (SAP, Project Management Tools etc.)
Advanced excel and data analytical skills
Preferred knowledge of IMMEX, Annex 24, 30, PROSEC, Rule 8th
Strategic Mindset, Customer focus
