    Vice president Sales - Global Payments Solutions This directly managed 5 and 2 indirectly (Transactional Business Banking Upper Manager).

    This position is responsible of $24,000 million in deposits, $815 millions in revenue, 5 million transactions worth $1.04 trillion mxn and 913 MG with 2,100 legal entities; also includes the management of commercial activity of the team and guarantee the fulfillment of HSBC strategy aligned with Global Standards.

    Southwest region managed Business Banking Upper, Mid Market Enterprises & S&M customers in 8 states across de region.

    The position requires the seniority to negotiate with customers and intern colleagues such as LoB, Product and Digital areas and other Stakeholders.

    Functions and activities:

    • The Business Development category is responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives.
    • The tasks for this role will include most of the following:
    • Establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
    • Communicating new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
    • Proactively identifying sales opportunities and developing these opportunities
    • Devising plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing ones to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
    • Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
    • Developing and implementing distribution channel business development strategies
    • Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
