    Work Schedule:

    This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

    Purpose of Your Work:

    As the Talent Acquisition Leadworking within Redwood Logistics (our parent company),you will be responsible to source talent available in the labor market to fill open requisitions for Redwood's various business units, with a focus on Mexico.

    Difference Everyday:
    Investigates hiring managers' needs by requisition, and provides guidance on job description formulation and sourcing strategy with the ability to work on various levels or domains of requisitionsUtilizes available resources to source viable candidates for open and approved requisitions as neededFollows established company procedure and process for interviews, offers, and onboardingAct as a Subject Matter Expert in the Mexican Labor Market by research and presenting applicable information to the larger Talent Acquisition team and/or hiring managersParticipates in scheduled recruiting meetings for updates and recommendationsReports on recruiting activity for assigned requisitions as needed, including pipeline activity, time to fill and/or ratios for interview to hireProvides mentorship to other team members in MexicoTravels on occasion to corporate office and/or career fairs as neededYou've Got This? Bi-lingual in English and SpanishStrong communication skills both orally and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMinimum 2 years of experience in recruiting role for a growing organization OR sales or operations role in third party logistics organizationStrong organizational, time-management, critical thinking, and communication skillsDemonstrated understanding of relevant state and federal policy and regulation regarding selection and hiring
