    Accounts Payable Specialist Role


    We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an experienced professional in financial management, you will be responsible for managing financial obligations to suppliers and ensuring timely payments in accordance with policies and regulations.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor communications and payment processing;

    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate vendor terms;

    • Analyze account activity and provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.


    iA Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred;
    iProven experience (typically 5+ years) in accounting or finance;
    iStrong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP/APB/OCC/SEC guidelines;
    iProficiency in Excel spreadsheet software, ERP systems like SAP/Oracle;
    influential communication skills both written verbal.\
