    MISSION:

    Is in charge of managing orders, monitoring execution and treating customers' requests to meet service commitment and improve customer satisfaction

    KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Manage Order & delivery
  • Monitor Exécution
  • Manage Request
  • Support sales
  • Apply and improve work methods
  • Provides an excellent Customer Service.
  • Enter the orders into the system following the specifics of each account and applying the proper standards.
  • When needed support the teams by processing OSDs and Corrections.
  • Follows Michelin's OSD and RGA forms and their process overview.
  • The CSR will exceed the service level provided to give an amazing experience to the customer when contacting us.
  • Suggests alternative solutions for efficiencies and improvement of the process.
  • Shares best practices across North America Sales Admin function.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Full English performance.
  • Not required experience or internship experience.
  • Skills: Communicating in an assertive manner, monitor execution, supporting and improving.
