WHAT DOES A FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE MANAGER DO?- Generate real and timely information on the financial performance of production costs, raw material costs and cash flow to facilitate decision making, as well as analyze risks and opportunities that impact the company's performance.

Work with the areas for cash flow optimization and expense reduction projects.
ABOUT YOU- You must be a person with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related. You must also be fluent in English and Spanish.


Responsibilities:


  • WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Coordinate with the operations departments in the review of risks and opportunities in the fiscal year, Raw Material PPV, Conversion Costs and Cost Absorptions.
  • Coordinate the taking of physical inventories.
  • Review the calculation of the annual standard cost in MexGaap and UsGaap reporting.
  • Determine the annual Budget of the OC Tequila with the related areas.
  • Review the Working Capital of the company and determine the cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze the weekly KPIs of the cost area.
  • Coordinate and supervise the monthly closing of accounting costs in MexGaap and UsGaap and generate their respective analytics and reports.
  • Search and promote the optimization and maximization of the financial resources of the company.
  • Coordinate Internal Audits, SOX Audits and External Audits.
  • Support the GBS requirements for the Costs area.
  • Review the financial data of the Agave Vertical Integration project.
Skills and Experience

  • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • Minimum experience of 4 years in Management of costs and budgets.
  • Minimum experiencie of 1 year in MexGaap / UsGaap Accounting Management.
  • Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge in Budget: Analysis of variations, preparation of estimates.
  • Intermedia knowledge in General Accounting.
  • Intermedia Knowledge in Costs: Standard, integration of cost of production and sale.
  • PERSONAL QUALITIES
  • Team Worker, Effective Communicator.
  • Efficient adaptation to change, with great innovation and resultsoriented.
  • You must be a person capable of planning and have an excellent organization.
  • Being able to resolve conflicts, negotiate, analyze problems and make decisions.
  • OTHER
