Now, about the opportunity:
This Project Manger Sr. leads a project team within the agency through planning, organizing, and controlling projects from start to finish.
This position requires understanding all the skills needed across the different departments of the agency to complete a project and manage staff and skills to plan and prevent any problems within the operation.
In this role you will:Have a focus on making sure that our customers are completely satisfied. Communicate between client and team members in Media Monks as needed (planning, strategy, media, production and creative teams). Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. Oversight (but not held resposible for) Budget & Time consumption vs team burn hours. Be working with Mexico, US, Europe, Australia, Singapur & Kuala Lumpur time zones.
Experience you already have:
You have at least 5+ years' worth of client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production and understand what it takes to make big digital projects come about.
You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of brands and can quickly grasp their challenges and opportunities, identifying exactly what needs to be achieved from the get-go Experience working with Global or Regional managing accounts in English .
Manage any project management platforms such as AirTable, BrandWatch, etc. Experience working with other countries' teams & global projects. Good organization, experience scoping projects, and proposing timings. You don't think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships, and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.You're experienced in creating presentation decks and can help shape proposals from a basic technical perspective and/or a commercial one.
You can work in English at the highest professional level. Last but not least, you're a joy to work with; you're great with clients and coworkers alike and know how to inspire teams to go the extra mile #LI-DC1#LI-Hybrid
