The CSR is responsible for the customer service processes at one company, always focused on delivering customer satisfaction while complying with procedures and rules set by the company.
The main activities for this position are
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to the correct personnel
Take and relay messages in a timely fashion
Provide helpful information to callers
Assist with other duties as assigned
Perform Vantaca Traffic Cop Duty, emphasizing trying to answer General Inquiries first before simply redirecting.
Back up of admin AR tasks.
Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 CST

Requirements:
Around 2 years of experience in a call center for American customers in billing/collections campaigns.
Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
Strong abilities to handle difficult customers.
