What You Will Do in This Role:

The Field Sales Operations Analyst will be accountable for guaranteeing the quality of all information captured on SalesForce by the team of Field Sales Operations (FSO).

This position must analyze and conduct random and directional audits to assure the veracity of information and help Field Sales Operations team to take better decisions in order to accomplish business goals.

The Field Sales Operations Analyst will assign audits to the FSO Zone Manager, FSO Regional Managers.

FSO Analyst will analyze audits information to find any kind of discrepancies and suggest necessary actions to maintain and control information veracity.

FSO Analyst will also develop new reports for the FSO department & commercial teams depending on the needs and opportunities areas in order to keep a close track of them.


How You'll Know This Role Is For You:

  • Analyze and offer insights and recommendations based on data available to the FSO whole department:
  • PICOS (Picture of success): Scoring, opportunities area and continual improvement.FSO SCORECARDS: sales vs. share and operational discipline, brand coverage, competitor activities, etc.SALESFORCE: DDI, OOS, PRE-OOS and Price reports
  • Develop and design in different platforms (Tableau, power BI, data studio, etc) reports in an automatic way all the salesforce information and align the reports to the insights found according to the sales channel ́s priorities.
  • Maintain the database to assure we have the information and reports in the correct manner.
  • Sales reports design for FSO department and commercial teams: weekly frequency and followup
  • Permanent information audits: metadata photos, salesforce audits.
  • Develop and actualize reports of share of shelf, promotional track, survey track, price elasticity, agencies reports, ROI reports and any report needed according to the market conditions.
  • Survey salesforce developer for tactical & strategic activities for FSO department.

We Are Looking For People Who:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Advanced education in Business Administration, Accounting, Fiinance, Economy, Actuary or related
  • Previous experience:
At least 3 year on any related to data analysis
