Now is the opportunity to join as a tech support agent via chat

We are looking for agents who have basic tech support knowledge to provide assistance via chat to customers in the United States, if you are clear via chat, you won't need to perform any call. Provide solutions for issues related to low internet speed and cable T.V. issues for the #1 Internet provider in the USA.

Requirements:

It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call center (preferably in tech support).
High School diploma or equivalent (bachillerato).
Schedule availability between 1 pm and 10 pm.
Availability to work from onsite (Azcapotzalco, CDMX)

OFFER*Payment according to worked hours. (RPH MXN$83)

14K monthly average with 2 days off a week

Necessary knowledge: Difference between modem and router, basic troubleshooting for low internet speed, troubleshooting for cable TV encoders or cable boxes, bandwidth domain, how to locate the IP address of a computer, among others.
