    JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Healthcare customer service representative you will provide assistance with scheduling, follow ups & patient inquiries; handling inbound and outbound calls for hospitals, medical offices, clinics, insurance companies, attorneys or law firms in the US.

    RESPONSIBILITIESAnswering telephonic and email inquiries in a timely mannerSending and receiving correspondence for referralsSetting appointments for patientsData entry in patient portalsProviding interpretation between patients and medical staffREQUIREMENTSFluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related field (preferred)Prior experience of customer service (ideal healthcare)SKILLSVerbal and written English communication skills.
