Our company is based in the United States but this is remote work.

We have an office in San Miguel de Allende and you are required to come to the office to complete your work 2 or 3 days out of a 5 day work week.

All work will be done in English.


Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Assist in payroll processing, bill payment, accounting software, accounts receivable and other general business tasks
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay:
$15, $25,000.00 per month
