    As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell BuildingSolutions (HBS), you will be responsible for providing technical support andservices to our customers in the Mexico City (CDMX) area. You will work closelywith our customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our buildingautomation systems and equipment. Your expertise and knowledge will play acrucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of ourcustomers' building systems.
    You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and willbe based in Mexico City, Mexico. This position requires a combination ofon-site and remote work, depending on the needs of our customers.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significantimpact by:
    - Conductingpreventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment
    - Diagnosingand troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
    -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service deliveryand customer satisfaction
    - Providingtraining and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of oursystems
    - Documentingservice activities, including work performed, parts used, and customerinteractions

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Performpreventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment

    • Diagnoseand troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions

    • Integrationservices about systems of CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE, AUTOMATION, HVAC andtroubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions

    • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and customersatisfaction

    • Providetraining and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of oursystems

    • Documentservice activities, including work performed, parts used, and customerinteractions

    YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such asengineering or related field
    • Minimum of2 years of experience in field service engineering or related roles
    • Strongtechnical knowledge and understanding of building CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE,AUTOMATION, HVAC systems
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability towork independently and prioritize tasks effectively     WE VALUE

    • Experiencewith Honeywell building automation systems
    • Knowledgeof CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE, AUTOMATION, HVAC systems and controls
