WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:

As an English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for helping individuals develop their English language skills.

Involves designing and implementing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills, and evaluating student progress.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:


  • Teach English language classes to employees of all ages and levels.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans, activities and materials that are designed to meet the language needs of adult learners.
  • Assess learner progress, provide feedback and guidance to help them improve their language skills.
  • Create course materials and activities that are engaging and interactive.
  • Utilize current technology in teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainees performance.
  • Provide individual or small group tutoring as required.
  • Keep accurate records of trainees progress.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay uptodate on language teaching techniques and strategies.
  • Contribute as a resource person for upskilling and employability training activities.
  • Conduct regular language assessments of learners and create personalized training plans that address their specific language needs, resulting in measurable improvements in their language proficiency.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and participation, taking into account cultural differences and linguistic backgrounds, resulting in increased learner satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with community development goals and serve the needs of nonnative English speakers, resulting in measurable contributions to the social and economic development of the community.

Requirements:


YOU HAVE:


  • Advance TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work with diverse group of students.
  • A degree or experience in education is a nice to have.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students achieve their language learning goals.
