TITLE: Country ATM Project Manager
GRADE: 11 LOCATION: Mexico :
We're hiring a self-motivated Country Project Manager to manage projects related to Transactional and Installation services for NCR in Latin America-
The position reports into the LATAM's TS Banking Lead-KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resource availability & allocations are part of PM deliverables. He / she will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's execution, timeline and revenue, while being a team player with a problem-solving aptitude.
Specific functions include:
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Interface with multiple business functions in defining, producing and managing plans for successful project delivery.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Responsible for coordinating project communications, including compiling project information for reviews and promoting Governance compliance with the project management team
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for streamlined execution of projects, ensure resource availability and allocation
Identify key project metrics/milestones and assess risks
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
6-8 years of related experience
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
