    As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit.

    You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Your dedication to delivering exceptional service will contribute to the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

    You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule.

    In this role, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of our customers' building automation systems, ensuring their comfort and safety.

    Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers' building automation systems, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL and FIRE.Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs of building automation equipment, CCTV, ACCESS CONTRO and FIRE.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

    Provide technical support and training to customers and field service engineers.
    Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
    YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as
    engineering or related field.
    Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, preferably in
    building automation or related industry.
    Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems.
    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
    stakeholders.
