- Availability to work Monday to Friday and extended shifts.
- Bilingual / Business English.

- Knowledge in Coordination of work teams, customer service, Call Center, Specialized Agents.

Knowledge:
- Coordination of high performance teams of 25 to 40 service agents.
- Experience in call center management, inbound and outbound calls, with focus on customer service, credit cards, services, memberships and service in general
- KPI control and team development.
- Extensive knowledge in complaint resolution and presentation of agile solutions for clients.
- Phone Support Management.
Skills:
