Job Summary:

The Master Production Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This involves analyzing and prioritizing workscopes, managing risks, and coordinating with various teams to meet quarterly objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Short-Term Planning: Monitor and follow up on short-term master production schedules to ensure timely completion of workscopes.
• Inductions Planning: Develop and control induction plans based on sales and operations objectives, ensuring alignment with production and control planning teams.
• Risk Analysis: Identify and assess capacity and capability risks associated with repair workscopes, alerting and coordinating initial plans to secure turnaround times.
• Milestone Control: Track and monitor pre-induction milestones, identifying and addressing any blocking points or issues.
• Induction Prioritization: Analyze and establish priorities for inductions, ensuring compliance with quarterly objectives.
• Risk Coordination: Align and communicate blocking points, priorities, and opportunities related to allocation engines with the network planning team.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to quarterly objectives established by the master production scheduler in accordance with the annual sales and operations plan.
• Deviation Reporting: Report deviations and executed actions against inductions risks to the master production schedule.
• Cause Analysis: Analyze root causes of deviations in the pre-induction process to initiate corrective actions.
