Job Summary:


We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for leading project sales administration, orderhandling, logistics, and invoicing activities in our commercial projects.

As such, it plays an integral role is securingtimely deliveries of equipment and services to the projects working with Project Managers and Engineers from end to end.

The position is based in Izcali, México
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.


What you will do:


As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Execute relevant invoicing activities according to Corporate Governance policy.
  • Manage the project purchasing process, securing compliance with relevant purchasing guidelines.
  • Under expert guidance, manage logistics and coordinate the importation process of project materials and equipment, to ensure ontime delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with global standards, processes, local and legal requirements.
  • Maintain close communication with Project Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders for project reviews, cost analysis, and followup.
  • Understand the impact of data quality and accuracy in purchase orders and other projectrelated documents.
  • Warehouse management support: coordination for activities related to equipment returns, physical inventories, and scrapping.

We believe you have:


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge in Import and export activities
  • Good computer skills (MS Offi ce and SAP)
  • Fluent in English (a must)
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of your time.
  • Visa to enter the United States of America (desirable)
  • Attention to Details and Accuracy
  • Problem-Solving Skills
