Do you want to work:

    on environmental, social and governance issueswith an amazing team of like-minded creative thinkersin a fast-paced dynamic environmentfor some of the biggest and most forward-looking brands in the worldResponsibilities Undertake social compliance assessments based on ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI).Deliver quality reports according to ELEVATE and client protocols and timelines;Maintain knowledge of ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;Interact primarily with internal team members, such as for training, coordination and administrative needs.

    Work with team members (co-auditors) to accomplish tasks during on-site assessment and reporting process.
    Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
    Maintain high integrity for schedule leakage, unhealthy consultants on site and bribery attempts. Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
    Other assignments as needed.

    Qualifications 4-year college degree in a major of Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment /Advanced degree is preferredMinimum two (2) years of experience in social compliance auditingMinimum 100 social compliance audit days (verifiable)APSCA registered requiredCSCA certification requiredMust have valid US Driver's LicenseAbility to travel 80% of the timeStrong business acumenExcellent Customer Service and results orientedEffective problem solving and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written English and Spanish High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet-research /reporting/analysis toolsMaintains a global perspective and is culturally sensitive and awareHighest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.

    Comfortable with confrontation, with a diplomatic and easy demeanorAbility to operate in a multi-cultural environment with persons of varying socio-economic statusAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information.
