- Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes
- Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
- Work closely with production support team to deploy into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer
- Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools
- Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Robocorp, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Noetix
- Create training documents and support training events and workshops
- Provide beginner level training to others
- Provide support and guidance to Citizen Developers
- Pursue and successfully pass Robocorp or Microsoft Certification
- Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
- Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies
- Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort
- Other duties, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business or IT
- 0-1 year of experience
- Technical Knowledge Preferred Qualifications:
