Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

Area manager in a CFT team.
Check and calibrate equipment and ensure it is repeatable and accurate.
Install new equipment.
Carry out DT MTTA scrap measurement.
Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns.
Repair breakdowns on site, keep machinery or equipment in optimal working order.
Keep informed of production plans and progress of the plan.
Organize teams or people to ensure 24hour coverage.
Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or computer systems.
By troubleshooting, identify machine faults and Work on MTTR and MTBF.
Repairs the failure mechanism in the most cost effective manner.
Performs preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
Performs calibrations and requalification's on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
Intermediate English communication skills (verbal and Written).
Knowledge in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
