Job Description:

We are looking for a Jr. UI/UX Designer to work on creating user centric, intuitive and easy to use digital solutions. UI/UX designer's responsibilities include requirement gathering, building information hierarchy, designing responsive screens and graphics elements. He/she should also be able to design high fidelity interactive prototypes across different platforms (iOS, Android & Web).

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, screen & task flows
Design reusable components and interaction behaviors
Design consistent UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches)
Coordinate with the development team in converting the screens from mockups to actual solutions
Conduct user testing where necessary and do the design adjustments based on user feedback

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably UI development
Portfolio of design projects
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and other frontend tools
Knowledge of design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop etc.)
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Bachelors or Masters design degree is optional.
