Your key responsibilities:
- Develop a cohesive P&O agenda that is in line with overall Business strategy and drive, with Business Partners, its implementation across assigned region / unit / country. Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services.
- Lead the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement).
- Manage the development of strategic and tactical workforce planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.
- Drive personnel cost planning, initiating periodic cost and productivity analyses. & Manage the preparation and finalization of P&O investments plans and budgets.
- Manage the correct and timely implementation of P&O policies and procedures.
- Oversee the management and development of P&O teams & Lead or initiate various P&O Projects.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Master Degree Highly desired.
- Track record in P&O transformations or organizational changes.
- Experience working in a dynamic & constant changing environment while displaying the ability to multi
- Client focus & customer service driven.
- Strong ability in problem solving & interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain team engagement whilst leading them through change.
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
