Position Overview:

The
_ Operations Agent _has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Quoting and routing freight across multiple transportation modes and services
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Troubleshooting and overcoming operational challenges
• Assisting local sales and domestic offices with air freight issues.
• Duties include interfacing with Account Executives, Station Managers, Station Owners, Customers, and other transportation companies.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

• High School graduate with some college preferred
• 03 years of freight forwarding experience
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CargoWise experience is recommended
• Individual must have excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fastpaced working environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizing skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
