About the Role:


As Key Account Manager, you will grow existing partnerships and build new relationships (business development) by acting as a strategic partner for our clients.

Crafting Joint-Business-Plans (JBP's), critical initiatives, and innovative sales strategies to achieve Cornershop by Uber's Sales Goals.


You will be responsible for the commercial relationship of specialty stores within Cornershop and Uber Eats, through monthly and quarterly Business Reviews with Top Managers of the stores with which we have alliances.


What you'll do:


  • Lead the relationship with our store partners from different lines of business
  • Work closely with catalog and operations teams to ensure the best experience for consumers.
  • Planning to improve indicators, as well as promotional plans according to the category and specialty store
  • Be a trusted consultant providing insights, consumer and industry trends, and standard methodologies

What you'll need:


  • Knowledge and P&L management
  • Commercial experience of more than 4 years. Preferably as account manager or similar
  • We work as a team We need you to be a phenomenal team mate
  • We need a KAM with a negotiation, problem solving and a collaborative approach with crossfunctional teams
  • Business management experience, even better have endtoend business management
  • We are looking for someone with strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Analytical and strategical thinking
  • We would love someone who worked in ecommerce before
