As a Business Analyst, identify trends, interpret data and make innovative recommendations to support the success of our Monterrey operations.

Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate branchwide operations and provide root cause analysis.
  • Review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
  • Gather data using SQL and interpret results within Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effectively communicate results to business leaders by developing memos and presentations.
  • Make datainformed recommendations to improve performance and manage process improvement projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

  • 3+ years in an analyst role.
  • Strong Excel and Access experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data extraction and analysis.
  • Power BI experience is
    a plus.
