Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:


Job Function

Duties

  • Customer Focus
  • Continuous and solid support to Customers and PMO Team.


  • Drives Results

  • Coordinate shipment with service centers, warehouse, logistics and customers. Working with other departments to achieve deliveries on time.
  • Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues.
  • Schedule followup meetings with project managers and record decisions (e.g., pending ́s activities, assigned tasks, planning, etc.)


  • Communication

  • Effective communication with other areas.
  • Provide clear and effective communication of followup and feedback to the PMO Team.
  • Escalation path activation when is needed and creating and updating workflows


  • Collaborate and communicate

  • Regularly with the Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics and PMO Team.


  • Project Manager

  • Support in project execution aligned with Emerson Tier 3 process methodology to deliver on time.
  • Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues.
  • Continuous monitoring of project budgets, anticipate potential issues.
  • Tracking expenses


  • Collaborate and communicate

  • Regularly with the Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics and PMO Team.


  • Training

  • Reinforce Service Level Doctrine 2.0

Professional Degree Requirements:
International Commerce Bachelor and/or Engineering career (industrial, chemical, etc.)


Experience Requirements:


Technical Knowledge Requirements:


  • Project management
  • English (80%) PMP or any other PMI certification is preferrable
