Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Job Function
Duties
- Customer Focus
- Continuous and solid support to Customers and PMO Team.
- Drives Results
- Coordinate shipment with service centers, warehouse, logistics and customers. Working with other departments to achieve deliveries on time.
- Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues.
- Schedule followup meetings with project managers and record decisions (e.g., pending ́s activities, assigned tasks, planning, etc.)
- Communication
- Effective communication with other areas.
- Provide clear and effective communication of followup and feedback to the PMO Team.
- Escalation path activation when is needed and creating and updating workflows
- Collaborate and communicate
- Regularly with the Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics and PMO Team.
- Project Manager
- Support in project execution aligned with Emerson Tier 3 process methodology to deliver on time.
- Monitoring progress of the project and addressing potential issues.
- Continuous monitoring of project budgets, anticipate potential issues.
- Tracking expenses
- Collaborate and communicate
- Regularly with the Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics and PMO Team.

Professional Degree Requirements:
International Commerce Bachelor and/or Engineering career (industrial, chemical, etc.)
Experience Requirements:
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
- Project management
- English (80%) PMP or any other PMI certification is preferrable
