Lo que implica este trabajo

El Auxiliar Contable será responsable de la revisión documental de soportes operativos, fiscales y REPSE de la cuenta y cuestiones centrales del área de PM.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Auxiliar Contable para unirse a nuestro equipo:

Horario de trabajo:
Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.

Modalidad de trabajo:
Presencial

Llevar el control de los soportes operativos y fiscales semanalmente conforme a las fechas de pago en el archivo de "checklist de inspección"
Concentrar todos los soportes recibidos por parte del área de AP, en el Sharepoint del cliente
Validar que todos los soportes estén completos y correctos

Consolidar por separado los tipos de pagos: pago a proveedores, pago de servicios e impuestos y pago de nóminas.
Asegurar que se provisionen mensualmente los gastos centrales de PM
Asegurar el pago oportuno a proveedores de gastos centrales de PM

Licenciatura:
Contabilidad o afín

Experiência: 2 a 3 años en puesto similar
