- Oversee communication projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, scope, and quality standards, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in internal communications, including supporting large-scale business change programs.
- Diverse industry experience with change impacting various audience types, including remote teams.
- Proven skills and ability to manage high-paced environments independently.
- Creative expertise in developing communication materials.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, adept at simplifying complex information.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a history of effective relationship building.
- Solid understanding of change management principles; certification (., Prosci) is a plus.
- Relevant experience in the industry and IT landscape is preferred.
- Advanced skills in written and spoken English working in a global environment.
