Manage and lead the Rep Inside Sales Team for Latam

  • Responsible for the Sales and SM objective of the team in charge
  • Assist and work together with IAF AFM team in Brazil
  • Collaborate with other areas to implement CRM, Reports, Stock analysis, etc.
  • Benchmark with peers in the Americas IAF AFM & Services
  • English Level Required
  • High in both written and oral
  • Skills required:
  • Experience in negotiation with end users and distributors
  • Strategy development and execution experience
  • Desired experience handling Strategic Accounts in the region
  • Analysis of sales information for decision making
  • Critical thinking
  • Conflict Management
  • Experience working with multi-cultural teams, distributors and end users.
