Accounts Receivable Specialist:


  • Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP Country/Region: MX
    About the position:
Accounts Receivable is responsible to Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts receivable data.


Responsibilities:


  • Process incoming accounts and payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits, Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are correctly posted and recorded.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues.
  • Facilitate payment of overdue invoices by sending invoice reminders and contacting customers.
  • Generate financial reports and statements that detail the status of accounts receivable. Prepare cost estimates for possible new products.
  • Update daily billing to clients or when necessary.
  • Provide management with reports such as: daily sales, Scrap, work efficiency, material variance, PPV and CYC adjustments, specification and comparison of factors affecting the budget.

Requirements:


  • Accounting BA's
  • Experience in similar position 2 years min.
  • Bilingual
  • SAP
