Responsabilidades Resourcing estratégico para optimizar el manejo de los recursos profesionales de la práctica Equilibrar cargas de trabajo Mejorar la gestión de los proyectos e incrementar los indicadores internos (la utilización y el margen)
Disminución de missing timesheets Facilitar el cumplimiento de KPIs financieros tanto individuales como de la sublínea / línea de servicio Impulsar el desarrollo y crecimiento profesional de nuestra gente (mapeo de perfil, intereses, etc) Dar oportunidad a los equipos de trabajar con distintos proyectos y clientes
