Nissan is seeking a dynamic individual to fill an opening for an HR Support HUB Specialist within the Human Resources department.

Key Resposabilites

Handle HR Business processes, in our ERP System ( Workday)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Business Managers, by understanding the Workday transactional business processes supported by the HUB.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end processes in HR systems, fostering a spirit of teamwork and effective communication.

Utilize appropriate HR systems (such as Workday), Outlook, Excel, and other tools to execute daily support tasks accurately and efficiently.

Communicate effectively and frequently with stakeholders, including the Digital HR (DHR), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and leadership teams, to ensure smooth operations and timely process execution.

Maintain a customer service orientation, demonstrating a helpful and professional approach in all interactions.
Safeguard confidential and sensitive employee data and other HR information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Ensure the execution of Hub Objectives and the accomplishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Actively participate in enhancing the Operation Center by proposing and executing HCM initiatives and process enhancements.
Maintain and update process documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HUB Operations.
Exhibit strong engagement and leadership skills to positively influence others within the team and across the organization.


Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment or HR processes, with exposure to high-volume hiring requirements.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, self-manage, and effectively manage a team in a deadline-oriented environment, even with frequent interruptions.
Proactive and positive approach, combined with agility and a "can-do" attitude in tackling challenges.
Strong collaboration, customer service, and communication skills.
Results-oriented experience in team management.
