Main duties:

Be the single point of contact to the customer for the large operations programs (100M+ program)
comprising many operational towers
Support delivery leaders across countries in managing team performance
Be able to drive the client teams to do change management to help push the process, people and tools
transformations


Requirements:


  • 14 years of IT experience in equivalent roles (As Project Managment and Group Project
Manager)
Good Communication skills
Cloud knowledge (preferably)
