    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    Ensure that the company's accounting records are captured correctly and in the corresponding fiscal period.

    The Sr Financial analyst will have a direct impact on our business group, responsible for:

    ·Support month-end accounting closing activities and helps ensure that all reporting data properly loaded into Hyperion Financial Management System.

    ·Assists in preparing support for internal and external audits.

    ·Scrutinizes monthly financial results and performs variance analysis versus plan and prior periods.

    ·Develops financial models to support corporate, operational, and sales initiatives.

    ·Creates and automates reports with high impact on organizational knowledge and decision-making.

    ·Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

    ·Manages the preparation of the weekly forecast process.

    ·Analyzes records of financial transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries.

    ·Tracks cost trends and facilitates understanding of departmental expenses.

    ·Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and pursues business process efficiencies via Crane Business System.

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Business or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the finance field, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Advance Excel skills required.
  • ERP experience.
  • Desirable knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Excel, SAP
