- Performs accounting and controls for specific Carrier RTR COE activities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing and compliance activities
- Confirms procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and Corporate policies
- Performs and reports on activities to include critical RTR activities around balance sheet and reconciliations
- Support specific RTR COE functions and streamline processes while ensuring strong and uniform controls. This role engages on specific activities, partners with Carrier COE RTR team members to ensure delivery of quality and timely financial reporting with a strong focus on internal control environment. The COE structure and model is a critical part of Carrier transformation with a clear focus on analysis and decisioning the overall taxonomy for the RTR function and ownership between Carrier and a BPO structure. This role is a critical support for the RTR COE.
- Qualifications: English Fluency required Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3+ years prior relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Good communication skills, both written and verbal Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet corporate deadlines Manufacturing industry experience a plus
