Aon is looking for a Business Analyst


The Global Benefits Business Analyst reports into the System Delivery team to support future and current system roll out and enhancements.

The BA is intended to be a bridge between the ongoing operational group and technical resources.

Daily, the BA will review existing processes for improvements, document and test outcomes, and make process improvement suggestions to create efficiencies and increase client value.

The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external stakeholders, being a process expert in the team and sharing their expertise by:

  • Business process or process engineering or supply chain management experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus
  • Work in Project team to perform testing and operational readiness validations
  • Communicate status of work to the appropriate parties. Escalate risks as needed where items may not have been delivered on time and may lead to project delay
  • Review and test systems to ensure accuracy and quality against documented requirements
  • Basic understanding of system delivery life cycle (SDLC) process and working in different system environments (Dev/QA/PROD)
  • Document and work with stakeholders to identify business gaps and create highlevel business requirements for system enhancements
  • Work with client or communications contacts to provide guidance on filling out website text requirements and needs.
  • Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Able to adapt broader policies and programs to meet the organizations business needs.
  • Identifying issues with processes handled in teams and driving a process to find and implement solutions.
  • Implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.
  • Owning and maintaining existing requirements documents and file specifications, keeping them up to date and incorporating changes to policies and/or legislation.
  • Implementing recovery plan actions assigned by SDC
  • Leading small client projects (Change Requests, Renewals) and executing complex testing as directed by Test Coordinator or SDC
  • Working with Test Coordinator to ensure good quality transition to BAU takes place for implementation projects
  • Sharing best practice with colleagues through process and tool training
  • Taking part in both internal and external audits.
  • Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives and thirdparty providers.
  • Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).
  • Maintaining required technical knowledge and behavioral standards and expertise, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Performing additional tasks as requested by your manager.

Job Requirements:


  • B1 or higher English Skills (speaking, reading and writing for business)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
years corporate business experience

  • Portuguese language skills and work experience in Brazil (a plus)
  • HR benefits and system knowledge a plus

Key Competences:


  • Process Engineering and Operational Excellence
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (a plus)
  • Process documentation experience and high level of problemsolving skills
  • Technical writing skills to articulate business needs and defining business problem

Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, a related field or equivalent industry experience required
