Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties, such as reporting incompletions, block orders, etc
You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Returns, claims, Free of charge orders
- Order entry process, including audit, update & release of lines/orders according to customer's requests.
- Customer Invoicing
- Deliver Forecast Reports
- Administrative Support
- Order Processing for Software, follow up, generation of licenses & invoicing
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Solving problem abilities
- Good communication skills
- Good administration skills
- Good time management skills
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Customer Service oriented
- Proficient English writing & reading
WE VALUE
- Technical knowledge specific to (stated field)
- SAP Knowledge (Fundamentals)
