Actúa como asesor, colaborador y soporte del Director de Finanzas para planear y tomar decisiones estratégicas sobre la administración y resultados financieros del Hotel para el logro de las metas y objetivos de la empresa, protegiendo los bienes e intereses de la misma.

Planea, dirige y valúa las operaciones y actividades financieras para promover la máxima eficiencia y rentabilidad de la operación.

Conjuntamente con el Director de Finanzas elabora oportunamente los presupuestos, monitorear el desarrollo de los mismos, analizar resultados e implementar cualquier tipo de acción necesaria para corregir desviaciones negativas.

Apoya a la implementación de documentos y vigila que se cumplan las políticas y los procedimientos de control, asegurando la efectividad del costo en la utilización de los recursos, sin sacrificar la calidad y cantidad del servicio que se ofrece.

Se asegura que se cumpla estrictamente con los controles internos de contabilidad, políticas de la compañía, obligaciones legales, fiscales y laborales, para salvaguardar los bienes e intereses de la empresa, así como la integridad y confidencialidad de la información financiera.

Supervisa el archivo y la destrucción (cuando corresponda) de todos los registros financieros.


Requisitos:

• Licenciatura afin
• Experiencia en el puesto (mínimo 2 años)
• Disponibilidad para residir en Los Cabos
• Experiencia en Hoteleria (de preferencia Club Vacacional)
• Inglés conversacional
