    Description

    As a Special Sales Development & Management Coordinator you'll be responsible ofspecial sales regional strategy includingachievement of special sales volume, turnover, CoR and contribution margin target while maintaining a high level of motivation of the dealer network towards. In addition also will be responsible forachievement of customer satisfaction targets sales (NPS, VoC).

    Responsibilities.

    Operate and decide special sales new motorcycles planning and ordering for the Latin Americaregion exploiting market sales potential, maximizing turnover and contribution margin, optimizing CoR usage.

    Decide customer satisfaction targets and strategy.

    Responsible for optimize the supply chain process within the markets.

    Responsible for CM target resulting on price and volume strategy implementation.

    Responsible for regional CoR target.

    Adapt central strategies for new sales channels and take responsibility for implementation.

    Ensure fulfillment of corporate retail standards.

    Enable the dealer and importer organization to reach targets in profitability and segment leadership.

    Coordinate direct & special sales, and BMPS sales channels.

    Qualifications and experience.

    Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Management, Engineering.

    Master Degree preferable.

    +5 years in the Automotive Industry.

    Desirable experience as a sales consultant.

    Desirable experience as a project manager.

    +5 years in the Automotive Industry.

    +5 year Corporate and special sales programs experience.

    Experience in leading people and working with dealers and importers.

    Fluent in Portuguese language is an advantage.
