    We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our team remotely.

    This role involves providing timely and courteous assistance to our valued customers and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.

    Role Overview

    Key Responsibilities
    :

    • Route calls to the correct individual or department within the organization.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure that all support matters are resolved within 24 hours.
    • Assist customers in filling out support forms and provide guidance as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
    Requirements
    :


    • Exceptional spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
    • Familiarity with OpenPhone or similar phone systems (training will be provided).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
