    A Day in the Life:

    • Provides general administrative support, preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
    • Performs normal office functions, such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings and conferences.
    • Gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
    • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
    • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in administrative processes.
    • Intermediate English proficiency.
    • Experience coordinating training events.
    • Familiarity with expense reports.
    • Proficiency with Excel and Word tools.

    Nice to Have

    • CONCUR management experience.
