    Especialista en e-Commerce

    Perfil y Experiencia:
    Sexo: Indistinto.
    Escolaridad mínima: Licenciatura trunca en Administración de Empresas, Logística y Comercio Internacional, Mercadotecnia (trunca) o carrera afín del área Económico - Administrativa.
    Experiencia mínima: 4 años realizando actividades de atención a clientes online, validación de existencias de mercancía, envío, seguimiento y recepción de productos, facturación y elaboración de reportes, administración de inventarios.
    Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio.
    Conocimientos Técnicos: Atención telefónica, por correo electrónico y presencial, manejo de Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Excel avanzado y Google Apps, manejo de ERP (SAP Business One), Mailchimp, Shopify, Amazon (Seller y Vendor), MercadoLibre, Liverpool, etc., redacción efectiva, ortografía.

    Objetivo:
    Realizar el seguimiento, análisis y ejecución de las estrategias de todos los canales de venta en línea, potencializando el canal para una mejora continua.
    - Gestionar las plataformas en línea de la empresa y seguimiento de pedidos e incidencias (correcto funcionamiento, adecuada experiencia de usuario, pedidos, ventas, inventarios, productos actualizados, promociones, etc.)
    - Desarrollo de la venta en línea de los productos de la empresa.
    - Realizar reporte de ventas de cada canal (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Liverpool, Shopify, etc.).
    - Control de inventarios y planeación de stock.
    - Catalogación y optimización de oferta en plataformas en línea como Amazon, Liverpool, Mercado Libre, Shopify, etc.
    - Desarrollo, organización y análisis de estrategias y mejora en procesos de gestión en los marketplaces implementadas en plataformas digitales.
    - Aumentar y mejorar el performance de los productos publicados en e-commerce y marketplaces.
    - Dar atención a correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas y otros medios de contacto de clientes, proveedores y público en general.
    - Capturar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a pedidos en el sistema SAP Business One.
    - Control de devoluciones.
    Realizar la recepción, control y envío al Almacén Principal de mercancía devuelta por los clientes.
    - Aclarar diferencias en inventario entre la empresa, almacén principal y cliente.
    - Apoyar en funciones administrativas en general para beneficio de la empresa.
